Sri Venkateswara Institute of Cancer Care & Advanced Research (SVICCAR) has been set-up to address the cancer care gap by facilitating affordable and accessible treatment to patients, closer to their homes.
This modern oncology centre, set up by the Tata Cancer Care Foundation (TCCF) in collaboration with the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams combines infrastructure and innovation to provide cancer treatment. SVICCAR is a significant step towards realising the Tata Trusts’ objective of reducing the disease burden and improving the quality of lives of patients.
Together we can work to enhance the accessibility and affordability of cancer treatment in this region. Since 2017, TCCF has bolstered cancer care resources across six states through collaborations and partnerships with state authorities and like-minded organisations.
